The Garden of IAN, “the garden” is a mindset: a place where young women grow confidence, purpose, and community. We’re a Michigan nonprofit nurturing inner growth (wellness, leadership, emotional resilience) and external growth (skills, careers, collaboration) through dynamic programs and a welcoming new home—our coworking + wellness space.

No soil required—just heart, healing, and a whole lot of community care

Your gift fuels both the roots (inner growth) and the blossoms (opportunities). It helps us stabilize our new home and scale programs that change lives.

Why “The Garden”?

- Internal growth: self-worth, resilience, and emotional literacy
- External growth: skills, networks, and visible opportunities
- Shared soil: community support, mentorship, and safe space

Even without planting greens, we’re cultivating a different kind of garden—one where young women root into who they are and rise into who they’re becoming.
