What is the Honeycomb Giving Hive?
Honeycomb (formerly the Jewish Teen Funders Network) has created a hub where Jewish youth philanthropy programs of all shapes and sizes can gain access under one umbrella to an online crowdfunding platform. As the lead resource for Jewish youth philanthropy, Honeycomb created this central online space to support youth philanthropy programs with their fundraising efforts and needs.
Honeycomb has invested in this opportunity as a way to invest in YOU and YOUR philanthropy program! While there is no financial incentive for Honeycomb (we do not receive any funds from Givebutter for this program), it is our goal to be able to support the wider field of Jewish youth philanthropy by understanding trends in online fundraising and to be able to share our findings. By signing up to be a chapter of the Giving Hive, not only will you be able to conduct your online fundraising campaigns in this space, you will also be demonstrating your support of this wider movement of youth giving. With your help, Honeycomb can continue to research and understand youth giving that is happening around the globe!

Jewish youth philanthropy is a powerful way for young people to take meaningful action to change the world by giving. Guided by Jewish values, teens engage in Jewish philanthropy as a way to support local and global needs by making informed and strategic decisions about the issues that impact world. Through this experience teens not only make a difference to the causes they fund, they also learn essential leadership skills, explore values that drive them to be active participants in society, and make commitments to future action in their local communities and beyond.
