INVEST IN THE VILLAGE

The Village @ The Grove is a place-based economic development project designed to transform underutilized property in North Greenwood into an active, culturally rooted small-business village.

Using repurposed shipping containers, the project creates aﬀordable storefronts for entrepreneurs who often face barriers to traditional commercial leases, build-out costs, and ﬁnancing.

Ways to Give

$25 - Wear the Vision: This gift includes a custom The Village shirt as a symbol of your support. When you wear your shirt to The Village, you will receive 10% off at certain venues for 1 year.

$250 – Friend of the Grove: Digital recognition, donor appreciation listing, project updates and celebration invite.

$500 - Name on the Wall: Your name leaf displayed on The Village donor wall as a lasting representation of your support and commitment to building community.

$1,000 - Legacy Partner: Engraved brick, printed certiﬁcate of support, opening celebration invitation. Invitation to private events.

$5,000 - Village Builder: Recognition plaque on a table in the courtyard area, social media spotlight, annual impact report listing. Invitation to private events.

$10,000+ - Founder's Circle: Recognition with a personalized name plaque displayed on one of the buildings, VIP ribbon-cutting recognition, premium signage, and annual impact acknowledgment. Limited to 10 founding donors on a first-come, first-served basis. Invitation to private events.
