I've played my favorite country and blues songs for my friends and family right here in New Braunfels for years before joining a monastery and moving to Ontatio, Canada, where me and some like-minded brothers and sisters formed the M.H. Blues Breakers. Upon returning to the US of A, I jumped around Chicago for a minute, hopped up to the east coast and down through the Carolinas before setting my big, flat feet back in Texas.
In March of 2019, my grandfather passed away, and for ten days, Hope Hospice made sure he was comfortable in his home. Thanks to them, we were able to have the time to say goodbye and keep him out of the hospital, since it was his wish to die at home.
In September of 2022, when my grandmother passed, Hope Hospice had been providing care to her for over a month, including nurses, equiptment, and counseling for her family.
This is a cause I care about deeply because they have assisted my family in some very dark and hard times. Any little bit I can pay back is more than owed.
