I've always dreamed of pursuing my passion for cycling 🚴♂️ and pushing myself to achieve something extraordinary. Now, the time has come! Moving to Florida led me to the incredible Tampa Bay Area Cyclists team, a group that's been making a difference for 10 years by supporting HIV Service Organizations 🌟. The Joy Ride is a 2-day cycling event across Florida that raises funds for five Florida-based non-profit agencies ensuring vital resources reach those in need. Whether it's supporting housing, healthcare services, the LGBTQ+ community, mental health services, or HIV prevention, treatment, and care, every mile cycled will make a meaningful difference in peoples’ lives across the state of Florida. As a fully supported event, The Joy Ride takes care of route planning, overnight lodging, meals, first aid, and other logistics – leaving you free to focus on the adventure! To join this incredible event as a cyclist, participants must raise a minimum of $1,200.00. Crew members are not required to fundraise, but we encourage you to set your own goals and go for it. 100% of your fundraising efforts directly benefit the five benefitting agencies.
