Through the MasterCraft University™ Pilot Program, two high school seniors completed 160+ hours of hands-on workforce training — developing trade skills, earning CPR and safety certification, and completing a full bathroom renovation from start to finish. They left the program workforce-ready, college-aware, and fully seen by their community.

What we're building next

MCU was our proof of concept. Year 1 expands to five pathways:

Master Craft University™ (MCU), Returning for Year 1 with a full cohort. Real construction work. Real credentials. Real employment.

MCU Jr. - Summer trades intensive for middle schoolers (grades 5–8) entering high school with a head start in the trades.

Your $5/month funds all of it. Not one program, the whole pathway.

Limitless Pathway Academy — HBCU campus tours and college access workshops for first-generation students who've never seen themselves on a college campus.

Future Ready Workshops — Free after-school college and career readiness at our Future Ready Beta Site.

Future Ready Conferences — Targeted cohort workshops for foster youth, Black Student Union members, and student athletes who need a room that was built for them.
