Thank you for your generous monthly gift of in support of our older adult neighbors across Alameda County.

This fall, your kindness helps Meals on Wheels providers reach more than 2,700 seniors who face challenges with grocery shopping, meal preparation, or maintaining a healthy diet on their own. For recipients like Phyllis, having a warm, nutritious meal delivered directly to her door is essential to staying healthy, active and independent.

"I need to watch my blood pressure to keep my heart healthy, and Meals on Wheels makes it so much easier for me to eat well. I'm not able to get around like I used to, so having a nutritious meal delivered to my door by a friendly face means the world to me."

~ Phyllis, Meals on Wheels Recipient
