Feminine wisdom has always led the shaping of minds. Now, as AI, consciousness, cognitive science, and robotics reshape what humanity can become, the sacred feminine must help lead that future.

After the Epstein files made plain how these fields had courted his money at women's expense, a small community decided to stop waiting for a better invitation and build something new: a conference where every speaker, facilitator, and keynote is a woman, and the circle is open to everyone — because the power of the sacred feminine belongs to all of us.

The Synapse was founded by Julia Mossbridge, PhD, Board Chair of Applied Love Labs, and Beth Glick, consciousness researcher and field-builder. They are joined by 20+ co-founders who are helping shape the process, from delegate curation to the design of the experience itself. The Synapse unfolds over three days — Expand, Weave, and Emerge — with keynotes from all four frontiers and labs where sound baths and remote viewing sit alongside explorations of the future.

The Synapse runs on gifts. There's no registration fee, so donors and sponsors cover the cost of bringing 100 leaders in AI, consciousness, robotics, and cognitive science together at UC San Diego. Seats go to people for what they contribute, not what they can afford, and your gift is what makes that possible. We're raising $225,000 to build it.

Ten dollars or ten thousand, every gift is tax-deductible through Applied Love Labs, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and helps build a new field that's human-first, compassionate, and inclusive. This year is intentionally small, with a larger ecosystem around it, and guess what? Just by being here, you're in it right now.

Organizations can sponsor at Ember ($10K), Flame ($25K), Blaze ($50K), or Beacon ($100K) levels. Write to hello@thesynapse.co so we can talk about your sponsorship.
