DisruptRVA, the dynamic speaker series challenging the status quo of how we work and collaborate, is making its highly anticipated return to Richmond on September 22, 2026. Hosted by The Change Decision and Lost Office Collaborative, this high-energy event kicks off at 5:00 PM with drinks and refreshments at Lost Office Collaborative.

Known for sparking big ideas through fast-paced talks, DisruptRVA features speakers delivering 5-minute presentations using 20 auto-advancing slides, guaranteeing an electric evening full of bold thinking and fresh perspectives on work, leadership, and human connection. Presentations will run from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, with networking continuing until 8:00 PM.

Following its successful runs in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2023, 2024, and 2025, DisruptRVA continues its mission to reimagine what work can be, as both the biggest investment of our lives and a potential source of joy. This year, the event will be held at the Lost Office Collaborative, a new home that matches and amplifies the energy DisruptRVA creates.

Ticket sales begin in July. Space is limited this year, so early registration is recommended. DisruptRVA is proud to partner for the first time with The Well Collective, a Richmond nonprofit advancing healing-centered education, restorative leadership, and social engagement. Proceeds beyond event costs will go to The Well Collective in support of their work.
