Policy doesn’t change unless people demand it. Funding will support the production of 20 powerful video stories from victims and their families—delivered directly to lawmakers to advocate for meaningful legislative reform. These victim and family stories were a driving force behind newly introduced legislation to hold negligent drivers accountable in Colorado, and will be an important force in passing the Magnus White Cyclist Safety Act at the national level. The Foundation will further amplify these voices by creating a “victim wall” where donors can see, firsthand, the real people behind these tragedies.

$150,000 – Building the Data Tool Nobody Else Has

Right now, crucial data on vulnerable road user deaths and accountability for these deaths is locked away, confusing and inaccessible to advocates and lawmakers. The White Line Foundation is developing a groundbreaking AI-powered platform that will collect and analyze collision data, identifying problem areas to drive real policy change. We need funding to both finish it and keep it live.
