We are deeply saddened by the passing of Thik Fong Wong, beloved to all who knew him as Ricky. He leaves behind a legacy of warmth, care, and a deep love for the community he called home.

Welcome to Chinatown is a 501(c)(3) economic development organization dedicated to strengthening Manhattan's Chinatown by supporting small businesses, entrepreneurs, and multigenerational legacy storefronts. Since 2020, we've delivered more than 200 programs, provided over $2.5M in capital access, and launched Chinatown's first Small Business Innovation Hub focused on immigrant-owned enterprises. We are one of New York State's Entrepreneur Assistance Centers.
