💵 How Sponsorship Works

Each sponsorship level requires a $100 holding fee at checkout. This is not your full sponsorship amount, but will reserve your level while we confirm availability and prepare your invoice. The $100 is deducted from your final total.

What happens after you check out:

You'll answer a few questions about your booth, activations, and advertising interests.
Our sponsorship team will review your submission and confirm your level and any add-ons.
We'll send you an invoice for the remaining balance, which may be higher than the base level amount depending on the booth extras, activations, or advertising you selected.
You'll pay the balance by check.

A few things to know:

Submitting a sponsorship is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Levels are limited and assigned in the order commitments are received.
Some activations and premium placements have limited availability and may not be confirmable depending on when you submit.
Electricity, additional tables, and additional chairs at your booth carry their own charges and are billed based on your answers — larger power needs may require direct coordination with the venue.
All commitments, logo files, and final payment are due December 1, 2026.

Deadline

All commitments, logo files, and payment are due December 1, 2026. Materials received after this date may not appear in printed and on-site placements.
