BreatheStrong CF is thrilled to launch 'Tis the Season, our campaign through the end of the year that celebrates the best parts of the season: Giving Thanks, Giving Help, and Giving Hope.

A monetary donation is one way to give hope and give help. So far in 2024, BreatheStrong CF has given out over $300,000 through Exercise Grants and our Susan C. Burroughs Critical Needs Initiative. Individuals with CF are eligible to apply annually for the various grants we offer:

Exercise Grants (up to $750) focus on helping individuals living with cystic fibrosis commit to a lifetime of regular physical activity.

Loretta Morris Memorial Grant (up to $750) supports swimming, horseback riding, dance, and golf.

Susan C. Burroughs Critical Needs Initiative (up to 5 instances of support per family) for CF patients who are an active client of a CF Care Center located in GA or who are a GA resident working with the CF Foundation COMPASS Program. CNI assists in the form of gift cards for groceries and/or fuel expenses. In 2024, we extended the program to those impacted by Hurricanes Helene and Milton in GA, SC, NC, TN, and FL.

You can give hope and help year-round by choosing to make your gift recurring. A recurring donation happens automatically on the timeline you choose: monthly, quarterly, or annually. Small, consistent donations accumulate to make a significant impact and can be customized to fit your budget!
