Nevada is growing rapidly, and so is the demand for a highly skilled workforce. Tomorrow STEM & Robotics Foundation was founded on a simple belief. If we want a stronger workforce tomorrow, we must invest in students today.

We prepare students for the future by expanding access to STEM education, robotics, engineering, career-connected learning, and hands-on experiences that inspire curiosity, develop critical thinking, and build real-world skills. At the same time, we support educators in every learning environment, including public schools, private schools, charter schools, homeschool communities, after-school programs, libraries, youth organizations, colleges, and community organizations. We also strengthen partnerships between education, industry, higher education, and the community because preparing tomorrow's workforce is a shared responsibility.

Across Nevada, educators are creating extraordinary opportunities for students every day. They coach robotics teams, lead STEM programs, organize competitions, build community partnerships, pursue grants, and spend countless hours fundraising to provide experiences that many students would otherwise never have.

Many of these opportunities remain underfunded. Robotics equipment, competition registration fees, transportation, educator professional development, student scholarships, workforce initiatives, and innovative STEM programs often fall outside traditional funding sources. Too often, these opportunities depend on the dedication, volunteer hours, and personal fundraising efforts of educators instead of sustainable community investment.
