For the past 14 years, the Transplant Life Foundation has had the unique and distinct honor of serving the transplant community through our initiatives like the Transplant Games, TransplantNATION magazine and the Transplant Community Hub. As the nation’s leading transplant advocacy nonprofit, the Foundation has been fortunate enough to bring together, serve, and support thousands of community members, in person and virtually through our work.

Since COVID, the Foundation has been working tirelessly to understand and meet the new needs of the transplant community in a post-pandemic world. Through new initiatives like the Hub, partnering with fellow leaders like CareDx on Honor the Gift, and planning the upcoming Transplant Games, we have learned a lot about what our community needs now as the landscape has changed. Now more than ever, transplant community members need more advocacy, resources, access, structured support systems, connection points, and education to navigate their journeys.

The Foundation is ready to step up again and evolve, just like we did 14 years ago. As a result, we are proud, happy and excited to announce the launch of the organization’s first capital campaign: Future of Transplant. This campaign will accelerate the Foundation’s much needed growth to provide solutions, programs, and initiatives that will directly support what transplant community members need now in 2026 and in the future.

To make the next iteration of the Transplant Life Foundation a reality for the good of the donation and transplantation, we need direct support from those we serve, industry leaders and businesses, foundations, corporations, and those who believe in our work. With a fundraising goal of $2,000,000, we humbly ask donors to be a part of the organization’s future, as we work to advocate, support and serve the community in better and more impactful ways.

Build a world where every transplant recipient, individual awaiting a transplant, donor, and their loved ones find the support and resources they need to thrive. Four pillars form the Transplant Life Foundation: community, education, awareness, and advocacy. And through these pillars, we connect people, provide vital information they need to make informed decisions about their health, increase organ donation rates, and champion policies that prioritize the transplant community’s needs.
Produce the Transplant Games of America: This biannual six-day event brings together the entire donation and transplantation community to participate in 20 competitions and over 45 special events. Known as the world’s largest celebration of life, the Games increase awareness of organ, eye, and tissue donation, foster community connections, and promote donor registries and living donation. Help us produce this event and cover the costs of community members facing financial barriers so that they have the opportunity to experience this life-changing event.
Develop educational resources: Your support helps TLF provide crucial educational resources to the transplant community. This includes the TransplantNATION magazine, the bi-monthly, 68-page publication designed to connect and support the ever-growing audience involved in organ donation and transplantation around the world.
Advocate for pro-patient policy: TLF works tirelessly to advocate for policies that benefit the transplant community as a whole and increase access to lifesaving transplants. Your support will help amplify our voice.
Build much needed community: TLF is committed to helping members of the transplant community to connect and support one another. The Transplant Life Hub is a one-of-a kind private online community where our members can come together to find support and educational resources to help them navigate transplant.
