Behind every trans person is a life filled with firsts, friendships, challenges, joy, and dreams still taking shape.

But barriers to care, harmful narratives, and a lack of support can make it harder for trans people to live fully and freely.

At The Queer Trans Project (QTP), we're working to change that.

From providing free gender-affirming resources and healthcare travel assistance to amplifying trans stories and mobilizing communities, our work is about more than meeting immediate needs. It's about creating a world where trans people can thrive without barriers and belong everywhere.

This November and December, we're raising $40,000 to keep that work moving forward.

Every donation helps remove barriers to care, challenge harmful narratives, and strengthen communities that show up for trans people.

Because supporting trans people isn't just about what they need today. It's about investing in everything they can experience, create, and become tomorrow.

Their futures are still unfolding. Help be there for what comes next.
