Every spring, the College Park Nursery School community holds its biggest fundraiser - The Trash-A-Thon.

What is the Trash-A-Thon?

In honor of Earth Month, CPNS families clean up trash across College Park while raising funds for our school. It's three things in one:

🌍 A fundraiser — We're a 501(c)3 nonprofit and this is our biggest fundraiser of the year. All donations go to our Greatest Needs Fund, primarily supporting financial assistance for families.

🤝 A service project — Our students, families, and staff beautify our local community by picking up litter in the neighborhoods nearby.

🎉 A community celebration — After the cleanup, everyone is invited to the Trash-A-Thon Bash for free refreshments, kid-friendly activities, ice cream from Mister Magic, live music, and raffle prizes!

Last year, our families raised over $8300 and collected 25 LARGE bags of trash across neighborhoods in College Park and Riverdale Park!
