At ElevateHer, we believe the world changes when women heal and lead from their healing. This Leaders Cohort is designed to equip you not just with knowledge to lead others, but personal transformation. We know when leaders are trauma informed women and children are safer.

Over the next several weeks, you will walk through six key sessions that will ground you in trauma informed leadership, spiritual formation, and community centered healing:

Session 1: Self Awareness and Grounding
Session 2: Understanding Trauma – How trauma impacts the body, brain, and behavior
Session 3: Barriers to Healing/Listening skills
Session 4: Healing Postures and Circles
Session 5: Grief and Holding Space
Session 6: Trauma informed leading

As part of this cohort, you will also have the opportunity to be included to a private community space where you can receive encouragement, ask questions, share reflections, and build relationships with fellow leaders.
