Join us in creating a greener, healthier and more vibrant future! TCG helps residents across socially diverse neighborhoods connect with nature, grow new skills and gain access to locally grown organic produce. The garden is open all days of the week during daylight hours to serve as a learning laboratory, gardening resource and model for fostering the development of other community gardens in Turlock and beyond.

Our goal is to create a financially stable and environmentally sustainable garden through community membership, volunteerism and partnerships.

With the incredible support of the community and generous in-kind donations from both individuals and organizations, several impactful projects have been completed:

Purchased and spread compost in 45 garden beds
Sponsored and covered expenses for 8 garden beds dedicated to IRC refugee clients with thanks to Katherine Doo.
Received fruit trees and berry bushes from The Greenery Nursery
Installed an on-site Porta Potty service for gardeners and guests
Assembled a shed donated by Home Depot, with funds from Givebutter
Built compost bins with materials purchased with funds gifted by Yosemite Farm Credit
Created a "Living Fence" of grapevines offering free produce
Planted native gardens to support pollinators
Built and hosting two Free Little Libraries--one designed just for kids!
Installed a Free Gardening Supply Cabinet for sharing and exchanges
Set up a potting soil station offering free soil to the public to start their own veggie plants for home
Established a non-perishable food pantry to promote sharing and reduce waste
Added a Free Arts Supply & Game Cabinet to encourage creativity and community
Provided free memberships for local parents, students, and families in need
Offered a free summer camp for kids, providing a creative and nature-based outlet for local families
