Our herd of therapy horses: Chongos, D, Garfield, and our newest member, Prince, are the heartbeat of Hearts TRC. Without them, we could not provide the many services and activities that we offer to our clients. Because of them, the heartbeat and mission of Hearts beats on.

Our Hearts Story:

Horses + Humans = Positive Changes.

It is this formula that Hearts uses to assist riders who face the challenges of autism and physical and developmental disabilities and who are veterans returning home from service to our country. Our equine assisted riding program addresses the physical and emotional needs of our clients through PATH certified equine activities. In an effort to make these activities affordable to our riders, their monthly cost of lessons only covers about 70% of the monthly program operating expenses. As such, we rely on outside support to maintain and grow current operations, and to help fund operating costs not covered by lessons. It is through donations from generous supporters like you that allow Hearts to continue to serve our clients and serve our community. “Our hoof beats are many, but our hearts are one.”
