Our West Henderson High School Orchestra students have the opportunity to travel to Atlanta. The trip includes seeing the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, The World of Coca-Cola, Stone Mountain and more! The orchestra will perform at Emory University where a faculty member will work with them and a student conductor. They will see and experience the possibilities that could await them by continuing to pursue their education and strings participation beyond high school.

Our local families have encountered economic challenges due to Hurricane Helene and several will be unable to participate in this wonderful enrichment opportunity without support from the Give Butter Community.

Our students are fortunate to be able to participate in a strings program, and we want them to provide them an opportunity to hear a live symphony orchestral performance to enrich and inspire not only their participation in our program but to, also, inspire them to continue their passion for music beyond high school.

We are seeking sponsorships for students at $750 each and are gratefully accepting donations in any amount to help sponsor students to attend and experience this wonderful enrichment opportunity.
