2025 Annual Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

Friday, May 9, 2025 (afternoon & evening)
Saturday, May 10, 2025 (all day)

This is an amazing opportunity to sponsor the largest Maine gathering of educators that accelerates Maine’s critical field of environmental education.

This two-day conference restores a sense of connection for over 150 leaders, educators, and students in Maine through interactive outdoor and indoor workshops about environmental education, outdoor learning, climate justice, Wabanaki studies, and community organizing. For more than forty years, MEEA has supported educators and community leaders in their efforts to foster appreciation and stewardship of the outdoors.

Your sponsorship ensures we can provide sliding-scale registration to students, young professionals, teachers, and community-based educators so that cost is not a barrier to participate. You will be highlighted as MEEA supporters throughout the year on our website and social media platforms, in our statewide mailing list with a cumulative reach of over 2,000 individuals, and you will have the opportunity to highlight your work during the conference’s exhibit space.

We ask you to partner with us by contributing at one of the levels featured below. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you would like to discuss these options or if you would like any additional information.
