Calling all teens ages 12–18!

Join us for a unique equine-assisted mental wellness group at Anam Cara Nonprofit, led by a licensed mental health provider. Through guided interactions with horses, teens will build confidence, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop healthy coping skills in a safe, supportive environment.

During this experiential group, teens will:
Learn practical coping and emotional regulation skills
Build confidence and self-awareness through horse interactions
Connect with peers in a supportive, judgment-free environment
Develop resilience, communication, and mindfulness skills

No horse experience is necessary! The focus is on personal growth and mental wellness—not riding or horsemanship. Horses provide a unique opportunity to practice emotional awareness, build confidence, and experience meaningful connection.
