Grab n' Flow began as a small mutual aid project in South Philadelphia in 2021 with one simple goal: make sure everyone has access to the menstrual, postpartum, and infant care supplies they need, free of charge and without barriers.

Five years later, thanks to incredible volunteers, donors, and partner organizations, we've grown into a city-wide initiative serving neighbors across Philadelphia. Together, we've stocked community sheds, distributed care essentials, and built a network rooted in dignity, care, and mutual support.

Everything we've accomplished has been powered by community. Product donations have kept our shelves stocked, volunteers have kept us moving, and countless neighbors have shown up to support one another.

As our impact grows, so do the behind the scenes needs that make this work possible.

We now rely on a storage unit to house the growing volume of donated supplies, allowing us to accept larger product donations and expand our formula distribution program. We're also receiving more requests to install new community sheds throughout the city so that even more families can access essential items close to home. These are exciting signs that our community needs and values this work, but they also come with real costs.

Right now, this need is especially urgent. We currently have the funds to cover about two more months of storage costs. Without additional support, we risk losing the space that makes this work possible, from storing donated supplies and stocking community sheds to expanding into new neighborhoods as requests continue to grow.

This summer, we're raising funds to keep Grab n' Flow growing, sustain the infrastructure behind our work, and open three new community shed locations. Every dollar raised helps protect the resources we already have while making it possible to expand our reach.
