“and Justice for all” was founded by the Disability Law Center, Utah Legal Services, and Legal Aid Society of Salt Lake to raise funds together, coordinate services, and share space in the James B. Lee Justice Center. By joining forces, they’ve been able to provide cost savings, better outcomes for clients, and a stable and consistent source of funding for Utahns facing critical legal challenges.

We work with each other and the legal community to fulfill the fundamental promise of our justice system: equal access to justice and the courts regardless of one’s resources.

“and Justice for all” is committed to providing free and low cost legal services to Utah’s most vulnerable citizens – people living in poverty, individuals with disabilities, older adults, and victims of domestic violence.

Brian's Story

Chien's Story

Chien was a person with severe and persistent mental illness placed in an inadequate long-term facility where he died by suicide. The Disability Law Center works to shut down these facilities and enforce laws that keep these people safe.
