UTE 2026: Registration & Housing Tiers

Welcome to the 2026 Utah Taiko Experience! We are thrilled to welcome you back to the mountains of Sanpete County. To keep this world-class immersion accessible, we have worked hard to subsidize our costs and keep our registration tiers at an absolute minimum.

How to Secure Your Spot:

Choose Your Tier: Select the registration tier that fits your lodging preference. Note: Private rooms are extremely limited and are assigned in the order payments are received.
Covering the Fees (Requested): At checkout, you will see a checkbox to "Cover the Processing Fees." Because we have reduced our tuition prices as far as possible to support the community, we kindly request that you leave this checked. This ensures that 100% of your registration goes directly to instruction, meals, and the Lodge.
Suite Sharing: If you are sharing a Private Queen or Penthouse with a friend, the "Lead" roommate should select the Tier 2/3 registration. All other roommates should select the "Tier 1: Suite Share" option.
Givebutter Tips: Givebutter is a free platform for non-profits. You are welcome to adjust this amount as you see fit!
Donate: If you’d like to further support UTE and our local outreach programs you can add an additional donation to your transaction.

Cancellation Policy: Basic Tier registrations are eligible for a 95% refund until April 30th, 2026. After this date, registrations are non-refundable but fully transferable. All Tier 2 & 3 Upgrades are final sales (non-refundable) but are transferable to other participants. We highly recommend travel insurance!
