Trauma Recovery & Stabilization Program for Women Post-Crisis in 2026.

This program supports women exiting shelters, hospitals, and unsafe environments by providing trauma-informed group healing, wellness services, and individualized recovery navigation.

Women leaving crisis settings face a dangerous gap between emergency response and long-term healing. Emergency systems address immediate safety, but rarely provide the stabilization support required for sustained recovery. This program closes that gap.

What Your Donation Supports (Year 1)

• 4 trauma-informed cohorts

• 15 women per cohort

• 60 women served in Year 1

Each participant receives:

• 12-week trauma-informed cohort

• Weekly group healing sessions

• Weekly wellness sessions

• Bi-weekly individualized recovery navigation

• Optional 6-month aftercare

 Target Outcomes

• 75% of participants complete at least 8 of 12 weeks

• 70% show reduced trauma symptoms

• 65% connected to outpatient mental health care

• 60% achieve improved housing or safety stability

• 50% report reduced emergency department use

Total Year 1 Program Budget: $412,000

Cost per participant: $6,867
