I created The Culture Connection out of frustration—and love.

As a Black woman navigating engineering, business, and higher education, I constantly found myself in spaces that didn’t reflect me or the community I’m a part of. Traditional networking platforms felt cold, performative, and disconnected from the culture that shaped me. I wasn’t alone.

I saw talented, driven Black professionals struggling to find meaningful connections, safe mentorship, or places to build with people who get it. So I built it.

The Culture Connection is more than an app—it’s a movement to turn superficial interactions into intentional relationships. A space where Black professionals can network without code-switching, uplift each other’s businesses, and build futures rooted in culture and community.

This friends & family fundraiser helps fund our next chapter—covering legal protections, PR efforts, and continued software development. Every contribution gets us closer to the platform we deserve.
