When it became clear how unstable the federal funding has become, we realized we needed to have a more direct way to get care to Mississippians. Our neighbors deserve the best care, no matter their insurance status or income.

Converge's first in-person health clinic is specializing in high-quality reproductive and sexual health care. Located in the historic Jackson Medical Mall, our clinic is open Monday to Friday and staffed by highly qualified clinicians.

Services available:

DoxyPEP (Doxycycline Post-Exposure Prophylaxis): We provide prescriptions for Doxycycline to reduce the risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) after potential exposure.

Basic Infertility Services: We offer initial infertility evaluations, counseling, and guidance on next steps. We assist with tracking ovulation, reviewing medical history, and recommending labs or referrals as needed.

Contraceptive Services: Patients can access a full range of contraceptive options, including birth control pills, patches, rings, injections, and counseling to determine the best method for their lifestyle and health needs.

STI Testing, Treatment & Counseling: We provide guidance on at-home or lab-based STI testing, prescriptions for treatment when indicated, and confidential counseling to support patients in prevention and care.

Preconception Counseling: Our clinicians offer personalized counseling for individuals and couples preparing for pregnancy, covering health optimization, medication review, and risk assessment to ensure a healthy start.

Pregnancy Testing: We guide patients through lab-based or at-home pregnancy testing, with follow-up counseling on next steps based on results, whether for prenatal care or other options.
