Founded by former MLB All-Star Dee Strange-Gordon, Black Sheep Farms is rewriting the playbook on youth empowerment. From the farm fields to the sports fields, we’re giving young leaders the tools to build confidence, discipline, purpose — and community.

⚾️ Black Sheep Baseball Elite

A high-impact athletic mentorship program rooted in fundamentals, discipline, and team-building. Youth receive coaching, life skills training, and access to showcase events.

🏀 Black Sheep Basketball Elite

Leadership through hoops. Our basketball program teaches athleticism, resilience, and real-life strategy through clinics, league play, and mentor-led development.

🌾 Black Sheep Farm Academy

A hands-on program where youth and families learn sustainable agriculture through hydroponics, environmental education, and clean food access — from seed to harvest.

All programs are built to prepare youth for success on the field, in the classroom, and in life.

🌍 Clean, Sustainable Farming

At Black Sheep Farms, we grow with purpose. Our hydroponic systems allow us to grow produce up to 50% faster than traditional farming — without pesticides, insecticides, or weedicides. It's safer, cleaner, and better for our communities.

Founder Dee Strange-Gordon — a proud Black farmer, MLB Players Alliance member, and Avon Park native — built Black Sheep Farms to give youth the opportunities he once had: access to mentors, space to grow, and a chance to thrive. He’s now planting purpose back in his hometown — one seed, one child, one program at a time.
