About Keynote Speaker Sarah Berger Gonzalez
Sarah Berger Gonzalez is a Senior Policy Analyst at Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago. She will discuss an innovative policy solution to prevent homelessness and support a pathway to safe and stable housing. Prior to joining Chapin Hall, Sarah worked at the Stanford Basic Income Lab, the World Bank, and was a Fulbright Scholar in Osorno, Chile. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences at Boston College and her Master of Arts in Public Policy from Georgetown University.
Inspiring local community leader speakers include: Carlsbad Mayor Matt Hall, Carlsbad Council Member Teresa Acosta, and Encinitas Mayor Catherine Blakespear, Barbara Jimenez Community Operations Officer of the San Diego Department of Homeless Solutions and Equitable Communities, Chelees Turner, Graduate of the HEAL Network.
