THE MISSION

Founded by UAP whistleblowers Dylan Borland and Matthew Brown, The Vanguard Enterprise is a civilian-led nonprofit focused on lawful disclosure, whistleblower support, and public education.

Vanguard exists to help credible UAP whistleblowers and their families navigate the consequences of lawful disclosure by connecting them with trusted resources, vetted professionals, and pro bono support.

We are building the missing pathway between truth, lawful process, and human survival.

THE PROBLEM

The public sees the hearings, headlines, interviews, and revelations. It rarely sees the private cost.

Behind every act of lawful disclosure is a real person — and a family — forced to absorb the pressure that follows:

Vanguard serves as a trusted referral and coordination center for credible UAP whistleblowers from the national security enterprise.

We assess needs, vet independent resources, and connect eligible whistleblowers with trusted support in areas such as:

Legal guidance and whistleblower protection
Financial planning and emergency support
Medical and mental-health referrals
Personal and cyber security
Career transition and professional stability
Community, family, and peer support
Public education and lawful disclosure pathways

Vanguard does not directly practice law or provide medical or mental-health treatment.

We are the trusted network for government whistleblowers who come forward to tell the truth.
