Variety – the Children’s Charity International takes on the TCS New York City Marathon!🏃🗽

On November 1st 2026, Team Variety will be taking on the ultimate challenge: running 26.2 miles through the streets of New York City.

Every single mile is dedicated to supporting children who are sick, disadvantaged, or living with disabilities. Our team will run without limits, so every child can live without limits.

We are thrilled to announce The Lumistella Company, home of iconic holiday brands including The Elf on the Shelf®, as the official sponsor of Variety’s team for the upcoming TCS New York City Marathon. To power the dedicated athletes running on behalf of Variety – the Children’s Charity, The Lumistella Company has pledged to match funds raised by the team, dollar-for-dollar, up to the original goal of $15,000. This generous commitment effectively doubles the impact of every donation made to support Variety’s life-changing programs, equipment, and resources for children living with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or disadvantages.
