We are elated you are excited to get rocking on early Christmas shopping for our youth at Vashti in our residential program, known as Room, Board & Watchful Oversight (RWBO). We've been working with our Vashti Elves to gather detailed information to make your experience this year super-duper easy breezy. So, whether you want to donate towards our children's needs, purchase the items on amazon, or go buy items for our youth in stores, you can do it all! We want this to be a fun experience for you and for our adolescents, and a smooth experience for all.

How to Sponsor a Child

🎄 Welcome to Vashti's Christmas Shopping Campaign! 🎄

We’re overjoyed to have you back to shop for our children this year! And if this is your first time joining us, we’re so grateful you’ve hopped aboard this magical train of generosity. Together, let’s embark on a winter wonderland adventure to give our children the most memorable Christmas and New Year yet!

This year, our goal is to raise $9,000 for our Christmas fund to make the season truly magical for our youth.

Here’s how you can make a difference:

1️⃣ Shop Using Vashti’s Donations: You can help by purchasing items from our children’s wish lists using donations we’ve already received.

2️⃣ Shop Using Your Own Means: Feel free to donate items directly from their wish lists, based on what speaks to your heart.

To ensure fairness, we limit the spend to $300 per youth each year. Any additional donations will help support our children’s residential program.

📌 Important Details for Shoppers:

Keep all receipts: We will need copies of them.
Bring back any change if you’re shopping on behalf of Vashti.
Wrap all gifts and place name tags with the child’s name on each gift before delivery to Vashti.
Provide a list of purchased gifts along with your contact information when turning in your receipts.
Upon arrival, you’ll be given an In-Kind Donation Form to document your generous contributions for our records and yours.

📌 A Quick Note: You may notice wish lists include over $300 worth of items. This is because other generous groups will also be contributing to fulfill these wishes. Rest assured, your kindness will go a long way in making this season special for our youth.
