On behalf of the Board of Trustees, staff, and residents of Vassar-Warner Home, thank you for your generous donation and for believing in our future.

As shared in our recent appeal, Vassar-Warner Home has traveled an extraordinary road over the past two years. After facing closure in 2024, we have worked tirelessly to bring life back into this historic 154-year-old institution. Today, seniors are once again calling Vassar-Warner Home their home, our Independent Living and Home for the Day programs are growing, and we are moving closer every day to becoming financially self-sustaining.

Your donation is helping make that possible.

Your support will help us meet our operating needs, continue improving our beautiful historic home, expand programs for seniors, and begin rebuilding an endowment that we hope will someday allow us to assist seniors who otherwise may not be able to afford to live here.

Since 1871, Vassar-Warner Home has been a place where seniors have been treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. Because of people like you, we have the opportunity to continue that tradition for generations to come.

We know there are many worthy organizations you could choose to support. The fact that you chose Vassar-Warner Home means more to us than we can adequately express.

Thank you for standing with us, for believing in what we are rebuilding, and most importantly, for helping us continue to provide a warm and welcoming home for seniors in our community.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Rich Schuster
