Booth Options

Type	Amount	Deposit
Food Vendor	$500	$200
Commercial / Retail	$400	$200
Community / Nonprofit	$200	$200 or invoice

Every booth is 10' x 10' and includes one table and two chairs. Electricity is available as an add-on. Food vendors must submit a Food Safety Manager Certificate and an ANSI Approved Allergen Awareness Certificate with their application.

Additional booth needs are also available: extra tables, extra chairs, and electricity circuits.

💵 How Vendor Applications Work

Each booth type requires a $200 deposit at application. This is not your full booth fee, but it reserves your spot while we confirm availability and prepare your contract. The $200 is deducted from your final total.

What happens after you apply:

You'll answer a few questions about your booth needs, food service, and any add-ons.
Our vendor team will review your submission and confirm your booth type and any extras.
We'll send you a contract and an invoice for the remaining balance, which may be higher than the base booth fee depending on tables, chairs, or electricity you selected.
You'll pay the balance by check.

A few things to know:

Submitting an application is a request, not a confirmed booth. Booths are limited and assigned in the order applications are received.
Food vendors must submit both required certificates before a booth can be confirmed.
Electricity, additional tables, and additional chairs carry their own charges and are billed based on your answers — larger power needs may require direct coordination with the venue.
All applications, contracts, certificates, and final payment are due December 1, 2026.

Deadline

All applications, contracts, certificates, and payment are due December 1, 2026. Applications received after this date may not be considered.
