Want to take a peek into an RS/C session in action? This May, in celebration of mental health awareness month, FAIMH brings you RS/C In Action!

Join us to experience RS/C in action, with a "fishbowl" demonstration with The Florida Center for Early Childhood! Our team will discuss what RS/C is and could look like for different types of professionals, and why RS/C is so critical. Then, you will experience firsthand what a reflective session looks and feels like with the "fishbowl" demonstration of an RS/C session in action, led by Melissa Bradley, LMHC.

During this portion of our event, The Florida Center will model an introduction session to typical reflective session and explore what they see if the field using a diverse lens. Following the demonstration, a panel of Florida's Endorsed Reflective Supervisors will debrief and share what they noticed. We'll open it up for questions and discussion among us all.

This session will help you better understand Reflective Supervision/Consultation and why it is is a core practice of infant/early childhood mental health.
