Where will classes be held?
All classes will be held at the Ivy Wellness Center located in the Shops at Arbor Walk.
The entrance to the studio is located at the back of the shopping center in between Five Below and DXL Big and Tall

Workshop Dates:
Sunday, March 8th: 11:00am - 12:30pm
Sunday, March 15th: 11:00am - 12:30pm
Sunday, March 22nd: 11:00am - 12:30pm
Sunday, March 29th: 11:00am - 12:30pm
Sunday, April 12th: 11:00am - 12:30pm
Sunday, April 19th: 11:00am - 12:30pm (Our final class on Sunday, April 19th will include an optional informal viewing for family and friends. Participation is completely up to you — no pressure at all!)
NOTE There will be no class on Sunday, April 5th in observance of Easter.

Dress Code
The following dress code helps instructors provide the best guidance by ensuring clear visibility of body alignment and movement. We ask participants to wear form-fitting attire:

Tops: Fitted tanks, sports bras, or tight T-shirts - loose or baggy clothing should be avoided to allow for proper alignment visibility.
Bottoms: Leggings, bike shorts, jazz pants, or capris.
Footwear: Jazz shoes, dance sneakers, socks, or barefoot
Hair: Secured back in a ponytail or bun
