H.O.P.E. for Sunny Skies provides Parent/Child Visitation Coaching and Monitoring. Currently each client pays for visitation services per child per hour. This fee is charged to ensure that the staff that monitors each case is compensated. Our goal is to raise enough funds to not only provide these services free of charge for clients, but also provide them with cost of admisssion to family friendly locations where the services are held.

This is one of our major programs. Within this Program we provide the supervision of court ordered parent-child visitation, as well as helping parents navigate through co-parenting. There are many situations in family law cases, or other cases affecting the parent-child relationship, when the need arises for a neutral third party to supervise visitation between a parent, or another party, and a child or children. Reasons for referral include sexual, physical, and emotional abuse of a child, parent alienation syndrome, domestic violence, kidnapping, drugs and alcohol abuse by a parent and mental illness of a parent.

We currently offer this service at agreed location until we are able to obtain a center of our own. Most of our parents choose local family friendly locations in the community. Until we are able to garner enough funding the parents are required to incur these costs which can sometimes be stressful and required them to cancel visits.
