The Gruene Guitar Singer-Songwriter Competition is a celebration of music and community, benefitting the Hope Hospice Foundation. Hope Hospice is a beacon of light in our community, providing comfort, care, and compassion to those in their final journey of life. They are the melody that soothes in times of sorrow, the harmony that brings us together in times of need.

We believe that music is the soul of our community. And what better way to celebrate our community than by bringing an event that allows fans, peers, and community members to nominate and vote for their favorite singer-songwriters?

On August 17th, at the iconic "Old" Tavern in the Gruene, the top vote earners will compete for the prestigious title of The Gruene Guitar Champion. This is your chance to help decide who will be the first ever winner of this title. Nominate and vote for your favorite singer-songwriter, and let their music echo through the halls of "Old" Tavern in the Gruene.
