Join Mujeres Latinas en Acción for our annual fundraising gala as we celebrate this year’s theme, Raices Fuertes, Futuro Brillante (Strong Roots, Bright Future) and our community’s enduring strength and bright future. As the longest-standing Latina-led organization in the nation, we remain steadfast in our mission to empower Latinas and their families through safety, healing, and justice.

We are especially honored to welcome Gina Zapanta, founder of Empowered with Gina, as our 2026 keynote speaker. At a time of heightened threats to our community, Gina stands as a powerful inspiration for activism and philanthropy. Her leadership reminds us that our voices are our strongest tools for protection and progress.

The gala will take place at LACUNA by Catalyst and promises to be an evening of profound advocacy and vibrant culture. The event will feature gourmet appetizers, a sonidero-inspired DJ set, and a raffle featuring the goods of Empresarias del Futuro.

This year’s theme explores how our community finds the resilience to thrive amidst challenging times, honoring over 53 years of stories, traditions, and the perseverance of our ancestors.
