At BIPOC Support Foundation, we believe leadership is not something you wait to grow into. It is something you practice.

This summer, our Voices of Change program brings together high school students as peer mentors for younger children in Escondido. Together they explore environmental education, media production, and art while experiencing places many of them have never been - Cuyamaca Ranch State Park, Oceanside Beach, Old Town State Historic Park and more.

We are grateful for the grant funding that makes this program possible. And we are honest that grants don't always cover the full cost of the work.

Right now our peer mentors receive a $350 stipend for six weeks of dedicated leadership. We believe their commitment deserves more. Our goal is $800.

This campaign is about closing that gap.
