Worcester Mini Golf Outing!

Join us at Freddy Hill Farms on May 4, 2024 for a round of Mini-Golf. During this time the mini golf course will be open only to Worcester Elementary School participants. Unfortunately - there will be no rain date for this event! This IS NOT a drop off event - all students must be supervised by an adult at all times. Sponsorship/Yard Sign Sales- End 4/17! Last Call for Golf Tickets - 4/30! Details: Each ticket is for up to 4 people. This ticket includes a round of mini golf & ice cream (small size - in a cone or dish. No substitutions or additions (sprinkles, fudge, etc.). Tickets are being sold this way so we can accommodate the most amount of people possible and avoid delays on the course. Feel free to invite other family and friends to complete your foursome. We will stagger start times by 5 minutes to allow for space. If you have other activities this day, please select a start time that will give you the most flexibility for any delays on the course! We don't want anyone to miss your weekend activities. Once your round is complete - show your completed score card to the course marshal at the end, they will provide you a ticket to enter the grand prize drawing. One winner will be selected by Mrs. Amici at school the following Monday - and announced over the loudspeaker! If your scorecard reflects a hole in one - you will receive one extra entry (we will ask the adults to make sure this is correct - honor system please!) SPONSORSHIPS Help us make this event a success by becoming a sponsor! All funds raised benefit the Worcester Home & School Association Sponsorship Opportunities are as follows: $250 - Worcester Wolf Sponsor - Name and Logo of your choosing to be displayed prominently on welcome banner(s) - Name to be included on all publications and advertising of the event - Name or Logo of your choosing to be printed on swagbag for all golfers - Hole sponsor sign displayed on the course - Round of Mini-Golf for 4 during event/Ice Cream Tickets for 4 $200 - Grey Hole Sponsor - CLAIMED! - Hotdog and fixings to all participants - Hole sponsor sign displayed on the course $100 - Maroon Hole Sponsor - Name and logo to appear on welcome banner(s) in secondary sizing to Wolf Sponsor - Hole sponsor sign with name and logo displayed on the course $25 - Friends & Family Hole Sponsor - Hole sponsor sign with text only displayed on or around the course. Ideas include: Wish someone a Happy Birthday! Thank a teacher or Worcester staff member! Congrats to your 4th grade graduate! Why Sponsor?
