More about Common Ground Grief and our Walk of Remembrance

Grief is a universal human experience and something we will all encounter at some point in our lives. Carrying grief alone can make an already painful experience even more difficult and can feel unbearable at times. Common Ground Grief exits so no child, teen, adult, or family has to navigate it alone. We offer a wide range of grief support services including programs and events designed to bring people together to offer and receive support from one another. Our goal is to create spaces for people to interact with their grief and honor their journey while feeling the support of a comforting community.

Common Ground Grief's Walk of Remembrance is an event designed to gather together to honor our grief journeys and be a part of a supportive community. Whether you are navigating grief or want to show up as a sign of support and encouragement for those who are, we welcome you to join us.

All proceeds from the walk go to support our work so Common Ground Grief can continue to offer affordable and accessible grief support at low or no cost to anyone who needs it.
