A generous donor has just stepped up and offered to match donations for our Walk for the Animals, up to $10,000!

Every year, we rely heavily on the Walk to support our medical care fund: to give each animal a medical exam, vaccinations, testing, blood work, medications, spaying and neutering, and other veterinary care as needed.

We also use this fund to provide low-cost vaccination and microchipping clinics to community members, to keep their pets happier, healthier and with their families.

Pet relinquishment continues to be on the rise due to economic factors, and costs for food, supplies andveterinary care have also increased over the last year.

Our goal this year is to raise $60,000 total, offline and online, by the Walk, which will be held on Saturday, September 14 from 8:30-11:30am at Sunnyview Expo Center, Barn E. Will you help us help them?

How you can help:

2) Create your own personal fundraising page by clicking the "Fundraise" button above, then share your link with family, friends and coworkers to gather online pledges

3) If you also want to collect offline pledges, you can download a PDF of the pledge form to print and share with others to collect pledges; then bring that and your pledges to the Walk to hand in. Pledge forms can be downloaded at https://www.oahs.org/walk-for-the-animals-2024/

4) Mail in a check, made payable to OAHS and mail to 1925 Shelter Court, Oshkosh, WI 54901, with "Walk" in the memo line, to support our animal medical care fund
