This Is Not Your Traditional Gala

The inaugural We Care Indy UnGala is an interactive afternoon of service, scholar recognition, community, and celebration.

We Care Indy helps young people discover their purpose, develop confidence, and build pathways toward future careers. Through mentorship, leadership development, financial literacy, career exploration, workforce preparation, entrepreneurship, and community service, scholars gain the support and exposure they need to reach their full God-given potential.

During the UnGala, guests will hear directly from scholars and families, experience the mission of We Care Indy, and help assemble Thanksgiving food bags for approximately 200 Indianapolis families. Guests are encouraged to bring a nonperishable food item.

The afternoon will also include a special completion ceremony honoring the scholars participating in our fall pilot program.

Doors open at 12:30 p.m. Please arrive by 12:50 p.m. The UnGala experience begins promptly at 1:00 p.m., and the scholar completion ceremony will begin at 2:00 p.m.

Dress is casual. Jeans and comfortable clothing are encouraged.

Our goal is to raise at least $25,000 to support youth programming and help We Care Indy work toward serving 150 young people in 2027.

Purchase a ticket, select a sponsorship package, make a gift, or join our Faithful Partners recurring-donor community.

Celebrate our scholars. Serve our community. Invest in what comes next.
