Weekly Meals by the Sow Project

Every Saturday we release a new menu inspired by the season, the farmers we work with, and the skills our apprentices are learning in the kitchen that week. No two weeks are exactly alike. Some weeks you'll find Southern comfort food, others may lean French, Italian, barbecue, or ingredients we've been teaching in class. The menu evolves with the curriculum, giving our students the opportunity to prepare real food for real customers while gaining meaningful experience in a professional kitchen.

Ordering is simple. Place your order by Thursday at 2:00 PM, and we'll prepare everything fresh for Friday delivery. Deliveries are completed before 3:00 PM, and we'll send you a text as soon as your order arrives. Please leave a cooler with a cold pack on your front porch so your meals stay fresh until you're home.

We offer free delivery on all orders of $50 or more.
