Grab a friend and join us for Wine About Menopause, an evening of wine, mocktails, good company, real conversation, expert answers, and resources you’ll actually want to take home.

This isn’t a lecture on menopause. It’s the conversation too many of us have been needing. And yes, a little wine might help get things started.

We’ll talk about what perimenopause and menopause actually look like, why symptoms can be so easy to miss, what treatment and care can look like, and what to know before your next doctor’s appointment. Brain fog? Sleep? Mood? Hot flashes? Joint pain? Treatment options? That weird symptom you’re not even sure is a symptom? It’s all on the table.

What to expect:

Wine, mocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and good company
The menopause information we wish someone had told us sooner
Q&A with a menopause expert
Plenty of “wait…you too?!” moments
A look at The Policy Project’s 2027 menopause policy ideas
A chance to share your experience and help shape conversations about menopause care in Utah

And yes, men are invited too! Come learn how to better understand and support the women in your life. Partners, dads, sons, friends, and coworkers are all welcome.

Whether you’re in the thick of it, wondering “wait, is THIS perimenopause?”, supporting someone you love, or simply want to know more, there’s a seat (and a glass!) for you.

Come curious. Come candid. Come ready to wine about it.
