In partnership with Orlando's Assemblage Wine Co., this interactive wine blending experience invites you to taste, experiment, and bottle your own signature red blend while surrounded by the beauty of the farm and new friends.

This is not your typical wine night. It’s hands-on. It’s creative. It’s rooted in community.

Event Details

During this guided workshop, you will:

Learn the fundamentals of winemaking and blending
Taste three distinct red wines, exploring their appearance, aroma, and body
Experiment with ratios to craft a blend that reflects your personal taste
Bottle, cork, name, and label your custom 750ml wine to take home

🍷 A 90-minute guided blending session led by the Assemblage’s head winemaker and sommelier

🍾 One custom 750ml bottle of your signature red blend

🧀 Artisanal farm snacks and palate cleansers

👥 Time to mingle, connect, and build new friendships

🌱 Optional early access farm tour beginning at 5:30 PM
