The REACH Center is a walk-in community resource hub where individuals and families can access housing navigation, homelessness prevention, mental and behavioral health support, legal aid, violence prevention, and other critical services—all in one location. Created through a coalition of trusted local nonprofits, REACH removes barriers caused by fragmented services and replaces them with coordinated, person-centered support.

By bringing partners together under one roof, REACH improves outcomes through shared case conferencing, coordinated outreach, joint grant writing, and aligned leadership—reducing service duplication, while increasing efficiency and impact. Since opening in 2021, REACH has served as a first-of-its-kind model in Wisconsin, strengthening the nonprofit network, supporting emerging organizations, and helping community members quickly connect to the resources they need to achieve stability, health, and housing.
